As a successful People and Culture leader with over two decades of experience, Margaret dedicated her career to empowering individuals, teams, and organisations to reach their full potential. This experience and approach means that she collaborates closely with leaders, teams, and stakeholders to support them reach their goals, and grow, both personally and professionally. There is no one size fits all approach, it is through dialogue, challenge, curiosity, and accountability that goals will be achieved, opportunities realised and potential unlocked.

As a qualified NLP practitioner, Margaret understands the intricacies of human behaviour and communication. This allows her to tailer her coaching and consulting services to your specific needs.
